Hi! I’m Chris, a Vancouver Island based wedding and engagement photographer with a love for capturing sincere, spontaneous, and candid human connection. I currently live in Comox Valley with my beloved Fiancée, two dogs, and a cat.
The purpose of my work is to translate the intangible and the profound into the medium of photography. I strive to capture the most important and meaningful moments of your lives together, and to represent the connection that you and your partner have, no matter what form that takes.
How I work.
It’s ALWAYS an amazing honor to be chosen to photograph such a significant moment in a couple’s lives together. When the day arrives, I have three important goals.
I want you to be entirely comfortable in front of the camera, and to have FUN! I’m here to guide you through the entire process, ease your stress, and connect with you in a way that allows your natural personalities to shine through.
For most of the day, my focus is on capturing all of the little and big moments, the emotions, the interactions, and even the silliness that make a wedding the extraordinary event that it is - all while being an unobtrusive fly on the wall.
Most importantly, I want to create beautiful, unique, captivating, and timeless images that will allow you to relive those moments for the rest of your lives.
